We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to lead our marketing efforts while ensuring top-level customer satisfaction and process excellence.
What You'll Do
Plan and manage digital & traditional marketing campaigns
Oversee website, social media, and advertising
Monitor CSI scores, reviews, and customer feedback
Improve sales & service workflows to meet Honda's Driving Excellence standards
Track ROI, develop dashboards, and present results to leadership
What We're Looking For
Experience in marketing, customer service, or business operations
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset; ability to juggle multiple priorities
Automotive or retail industry experience is an asset
