Marketing & Corporate Sales Lead
-- someone who can bridge creative marketing, sales strategy, and data-driven growth to help us reach the next level.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and corporate sales. You'll combine strategic marketing execution with sales enablement -- managing campaigns, optimizing funnels, supporting proposals, and helping create marketing materials that turn opportunities into measurable results.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who loves both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, is confident engaging with corporate clients, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Funnel Management (30%)
Build and optimize
email campaigns, automations, and sales funnels
in Klaviyo.
Manage and evaluate
ad campaigns
across Google and Meta to drive ROI.
Use
SEMRush, GA4, and analytics tools
to monitor SEO, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Maintain and execute the
marketing content calendar
, aligning initiatives with seasonal collections and launches.
Support website updates and SEO optimization (Shopify experience an asset).
Collaborate with the social media scheduling resource to ensure all campaigns align with brand tone and strategy.
Corporate Sales & Client Strategy (50%)
Support
B2B sales initiatives
to attract, nurture, and convert new corporate clients.
Develop and maintain
sales funnels
for inbound and outbound leads.
Prepare
proposals, catalogues, and pitch decks
that align with client needs and brand standards.
Participate in select client meetings, offering strategic and creative input.
Track and report on sales performance, lead activity, and campaign success metrics.
Ensure follow-up and CRM organization are timely and thorough.
Creative & Collateral Development (20%)
Create branded marketing materials and presentations using
Canva
.
Collaborate with the in-house photographer and staging team to ensure visual assets align with marketing goals.
Contribute ideas for corporate gift concepts, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in
marketing, sales, or business development

Proficiency with

Strong writing and communication skills for proposals, emails, and marketing content.
