We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about food and marketing, with a creative mindset and a keen understanding of consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support our restaurant locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the execution of promotional activities and events to boost brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
• Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and digital assets.
• Assist with managing partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand consumer trends.
• Coordinate with restaurant locations to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Language skills: English and Mandarin are required; Cantonese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
