Job Description


We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our clients esteemed business with over 100 years of impeccable award-winning sales and service in Winnipeg, MB, the Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate essential marketing functions such as developing and executing marketing strategies while working alongside each level of the organization.

Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Create communication strategies for the sales and service team and assist with implementations.
  • Handle all social platforms, including creating posts and managing data intel.
  • Develop various SOE strategies to strengthen the organization\'s website performance.
  • Oversee marketing materials, including updating and maintaining the inventory levels of all marketing materials.
  • Organize internal events to promote team engagement.
  • Assist Human Resources with recruiting and employee onboarding.
  • The CO-COE may require other duties, such as sales-related, service-related, and marketing projects.
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years\' experience as Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager.
  • A Marketing, Business, or English-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience with developing written content, including copywriting and proofreading.
  • SEO and analytics experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, organization, time management, and presentation.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • Experience in faced paced evolving industries.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is between $50,000-$60,000 annually
  • 4-day work week; Monday - Thursday
  • 3-week vacation
