WHO IS TWO WORLDS CONSULTING? At Two Worlds Consulting (TWC), we are human environment specialists working with Indigenous Nations, industry, and governments to rigorously evaluate the environmental and community impacts of major projects and policies, and their effects on Indigenous peoples and their rights. Ultimately, we help our clients to:

  • facilitate inclusive engagement + collaboration

  • knowledgeably engage with regulatory processes
  • maximize Indigenous opportunity + community participation

TEAM AND CULTURE We’re a down-to-earth team our clients and collaborators want to work with, representing some of the most strategic minds in our community of practice. Collaborative, caring, and growth-oriented, we share a commitment to delivering at the highest level. We operate in a dynamic environment — one subject to evolving legislation, regulatory regimes, and understanding on the path to reconciliation. Learning is built into the nature of what we do. TWC takes an integrated approach to projects and cultivates expert multidisciplinary teams. Team members who thrive here embody our reciprocity value and emphasis on authentic relationship-building with Indigenous Nations and communities. Every day, we engage in important work that contributes to positive environmental and social impact across Canada. We aim to attract great people and to pull together the very best project teams on behalf of clients and communities. We search for those with deep technical expertise and a quality orientation, who lead with something more than their professional skills. It matters to us that TWC team members are both skilled and kind. We’re committed to ways we can do things differently from how they’ve been done and to empowering team members to influence our new directions. This point of view is reflected in our unique approach to recruitment: we’re going to confirm you have the skills we need but expect us to ask how you’re feeling along the way. We want our team and new hires to sense there’s something special happening here, and to feel I’m a part of it. We believe actions are the measure of intent. We prioritize Indigenous recruitment and opportunities for equity-seeking groups, creating clear pathways for the development of next generation leaders.
