The Role

Are you looking to work for one of the fastest growing managing consulting firms located in the heart of downtown, Toronto? Are you someone who is creative, has experience developing marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns?

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and executing Trindent\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts with a focus on the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and campaigns which deliver the promised brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, revamps, designs, updates the website to reflect Trindent\xe2\x80\x99s culture and operations.
  • Supports the RFP (Request for Proposal) processing by gathering information, drafting, and designing responses, along with business development support/marketing to win project business for the firm.
  • Contributes to the strategic development and management of the Trindent brand.
  • Monitors industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Accountable for all facets of social media strategy and implementation including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Updates and maintains all marketing collateral information, biographies, case studies, and overview of documents firm-wide.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in senior leadership and client facing consultants to convey marketing positioning and technical components.
  • Maintains quality of Trindent\xe2\x80\x99s communication ensuring consistent company branding, style, appearance and tone.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for brand recognition, and PR initiatives.
Skills and Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing and/or marketing communications.
  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience in the service industry sector (e.g., Financial, Consulting, Legal, IT etc.).
  • Experience with web development and graphic design, coding, digital marketing, SEO, social media tools and techniques.
  • Experience in brand development and management in service sector companies/firms.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media platforms.
  • Works with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and personality.
