Job Description

Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. We have state-of-the-art potato processing plants in Prince Edward Island, Lethbridge, Alberta, and Jamestown, North Dakota, and an appetizer plant in Wheatley, Ontario. Our Head office is in Dieppe, New Brunswick and has sales office locations in Toronto, Montreal, and Boston.

Reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager, the successful Marketing Coordinator will support marketing projects for Cavendish Farms\' Retail and Foodservice divisions.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A post-secondary education in business/marketing or equivalent years of experience
• 1-3 years of marketing and/or business related experience
• Ability to develop and execute project plans
• Ability to develop and execute create briefs
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Project Coordination - Assist the Cavendish Farms Retail and Foodservice teams in the development and execution of marketing initiatives including creative briefs, asset creation, photography and video production, packaging and campaigns
• Tradeshows and Events - Plan, coordinate and execute Retail and Foodservice events, including tradeshows, customer events, sponsorship events/activities
• Administrative Responsibilities - Provide administrative support for invoicing, planning meetings, sales support, sample requests, product management, coupon management, sponsorship activities, shipping and receiving
