The role of the Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the brand team, responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of brand deliverables for Kensington Tours. These deliverables drive brand awareness and engagement to prospective clients, in turn generating business. In this role, you will support the team with daily tasks, coordinating departmental logistics and projects, managing external marketing partners, and supporting with some timely creative development. We are looking for a talented and flexible individual who has a roll-up-their-sleeves attitude to get the job done, one who thrives working within a team and is also self-motivated to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to ensure brand deliverables are seamlessly executed
  • Manage all aspects of webinars for the B2B channel from planning and creation to administration and support. Help in the creation, set up, and administering of webinars.
  • Ensure all brand documents including work back schedules, project plans, status documents are updated.
  • Track and manage all invoicing for the brand.
  • Support with sourcing and managing external marketing vendors for print collateral and brand merchandise.
  • Help identify any issues that may arise with projects and work with team to find viable solutions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor initiatives, sharing observations and implications to Kensington Tours and the industry with the brand and business team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 coordinator experience in marketing or related field.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on creative deliverables in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) Adobe (Acrobat; Photoshop a bonus), Figma (preferred).
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, effectively manages timelines and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with the brand team, and across multiple departments, stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Travel or hospitality industry experience is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work autonomously in an agile, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
