Your day to day will include:

  • Campaign leadership: Assist with development and driving marketing and promotional strategy campaigns to meet key performance metrics (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/YouTube channel/Email etc.)
  • Measurement: Understand campaign performance and communicate the strategic, actionable insights (Maintain Google account and monitor comments/ratings/analytics)
  • Innovation: Experiment with new concepts, platforms, and strategies so we are benefitting from the latest tools and opportunities (Maintain a CRM system)
  • Manage Social Networking: Website content creation / copywriting / maintenance and traffic
  • Advertising: Creation and coordination of advertising and sales collateral both printed and digital; coordinate sponsorships and national memberships both inbound and outbound
  • Broker Support: Assist with broker onboarding; execute/coordinate broker reach-out programs; broker collateral maintenance and distribution; coordinate broker feedback documentation, sessions, and Advisory Committee
  • Event planning: Sales and broker events; conference coordination
  • Assist in preparation of long and short-term marketing plans, and budgets
  • Performing other duties and assist with special projects (Affinity programs, Direct-to-Consumer, etc.) as assigned
  • Maintain employee, customer and partner confidentiality as described by Strive's Employee Handbook
You will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree is desired, preferably in business, marketing, or communications, etc.
  • Previous experience as a coordinator or specialist is strongly desired.
  • Previous experience writing copy and other digital marketing collateral.
  • Previous experience with website design and content management.
  • Proven experience establishing and maintaining a marketing budget alongside the sales team.
  • Hands-on knowledge of core digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Programs, etc.
  • Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly organized, ability to take initiative and be independent.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products, terms considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset
