Our Brand team is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be working on events, programs and activities with some of our partners.

Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Assist with the research, planning, execution, and reporting for select partnerships, events and initiatives across our South Central Ontario and Manitoba Clubs
  • Maintain a calendar of events, programs and activities across all our partnerships
  • Maintain a schedule of all partnership assets, sponsorship opportunities and material deadlines
  • Maintain an inventory of all event materials across departments and manage a sign-out process
  • Recommend branded items for various events and initiatives and work with Creative Services to source
  • Liaise with internal and external partners and agencies regarding delivery of partnership and event assets
  • Assist in creating documents and key messages for Brand Ambassadors and other event staff
  • Communicate campaigns and contests through internal channels
  • Draft rules and releases for legal review and make revisions accordingly
  • Handle all contest communications and inquiries
  • Draw and contact winners, coordinate the completion of winner release forms and fulfill the prizing
  • Process and track invoices
Who You Are
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with executing an event
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
