The Company

Our client is a non-profit organization based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support on a 3 month contract, with opportunities for extension. This is a hybrid position where the Marketing Coordinator will be required to work on site 3 days per week.

The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will be working with the Marketing team to drive fundraising campaigns for a charitable organization.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute on marketing campaigns (web, email, direct mail and etc.)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure target dates and execution dates are being met/tracked
- Review and record campaign performance and invoices; able to provide recommendations if select campaigns are not effective
- Research new ideas for campaigns and recommend ideas to the marketing team

- 2+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
- College or University degree with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Development or similar
- Practical knowledge of Donor Management software (ie. Donor Studio)
- Experience executing on marketing campaigns including email, web, direct mail, and online fundraising
- Familiarity with Smartsheets is an asset
- Strong organizational, and time management skills
