Marketing Coordinator - Remote
As a Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing and Brand, you will assist in the development and deployment of local marketing plans rooted in the areas of lead generation, community engagement and advertising. This is a full-time,12 month contract position with the option of working remotely.
Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Participating in delivering organizational strategy through planned tactics to achieve desired performance results
  • Overseeing local promotions, community investment initiatives, major customer focused events, to build Western\xe2\x80\x99s brand awareness and community presence, and attract new business opportunities
  • Participating in the development, coordination, and delivery of various integrated marketing campaign activities (Digital, Social, Email and Traditional channels)
  • Researching and identifying new opportunities for both centralized and community engagement
  • Maintaining consistent branding across all marketing and communications channels
  • Ensuring the successful maintenance, downloading and consolidation of accurate collateral data to support marketing initiatives
  • Supporting accurate cost tracking against budget for both centralized and community engagement activities
  • Tracking and evaluating ROI/KPI in relation to marketing initiatives

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Self-starter and continuous learner who takes initiative to implement strong plans and continuous process improvements.
  • Sets priorities with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, with minimal supervision.
  • Provides a consistent level of high quality and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience with InDesign or Adobe Suite an asset
