As part of this ecosystem, we have the opportunity to partner with dozens of vertically focused SaaS businesses and their teams in a communal effort to offer the best software on the market. : The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the management of content plans, executing directions from the Manager of Sales & Marketing, and creation of various marketing assets, including but not limited to:

  • White papers, blogs, one-pagers
  • Sales enablement content
  • Social media
  • Email marketing materials
The Coordinator will work directly with in-house and third-party partners to execute Link2Feed\xe2\x80\x99s content strategies, and will also work cross-functionally to support day-to-day functioning of the Marketing team. Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies: You are a content creator.
  • Content ownership: You are able to take project parameters and deliver market- and sales-ready marketing assets to be used for existing and prospective Link2Feed customers and partners. Your output is consistent with the Link2Feed vision and brand, to be used in various forums including social media, website, in sales collateral or as lead magnets.
  • Connected and creative: You understand the goals and objectives of the marketing function and are able to infuse your creativity within those parameters. You understand that content is often Link2Feed\xe2\x80\x99s first interaction with the marketplace and future customers, and that articulating the Link2Feed message outside the organization is your primary goal.
  • Building leads and pipeline is critical: You understand that content is a key driver to generating future Link2Feed growth and new customer acquisition. Your efforts on delivering quality and professional content will drive critical conversion points along the sales and marketing pipeline.
  • Effective communicator: You are comfortable managing freelancers when the need arises to communicate effectively and drive the goals and framework of the asset. You are able to communicate with other Link2Feed members within and outside the Marketing organization to drive consistent goals and measure the outcomes for each piece.

  • The power of the pen: Strong writing skills and editing skills are critical to success in this role, including being able to bring together multiple voices across the organization to drive an engaging cohesive single Link2Feed message for the marketplace.
  • Visuals are worth 1,000 words: You understand that graphics and images can help articulate complex ideas powerfully, and know how to use them effectively in sales and marketing assets.
  • Manage cross-functional and external project teams: You know how to quarterback the process of creating and delivering quality content to your stakeholders on schedule and on budget, using data and KPIs to manage goals, outcomes and effectiveness. You will own and maintain content calendars and workstream tracking to inform the team and encourage visibility on various marketing initiatives.
  • Flexibility is key: This role will require you to be flexible and prioritize your work based on business goals, including sometimes adjusting to where your team most needs your help.

  • Industry trends: You keep abreast of the industry trends that impact Link2Feed\xe2\x80\x99s market and our customers, and identify how those might impact the business.

  • Consistency is key: You are able to identify and look for opportunities where the brand can be more consistent. You are able to take existing assets and put them in the current branding.
  • Branding as a process: Working with different teams across the company you will help build, maintain and enhance the branding process throughout.
Qualifications: Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years experience in content creation for the B2B market. Specific areas include: sales collateral, webinar production, email creation, and blog creation. Skill set:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Email marketing experience
  • Project management of third-party vendors for content creation
  • Wordpress
  • Social Media experience
  • CRM experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Hubspot
Other Information:
  • Location: Remote/Canada
  • Compensation: The target base salary range for this position is ($60,000 CAD) and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
