Marketing Coordinator
Nelson Reflections Artistic Swim Club Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Wage: $25 per hour
Contract: 3 months (with possibility for more months) Who we are: Nelson Reflections Artistic Swim Club is a small synchronized swim club in Nelson with a long history of offering children and youth exceptional coaching, and opportunities for team building, performances, and competitions in British Columbia. We are looking for someone to help with all aspect of marketing and promotion to recruit new athletes for the 2023/24 season. Responsibilities include:

- Prepare content for advertising and promotion in newspapers and on social media.
- Update and maintain social media sites.
- Advise the Club\xe2\x80\x99s board of directors on promotion strategies.
- Assist with special events and fundraising initiatives: planning and coordination.
- Keep record of marketing activities, promotional material, photos, etc.
- Update Club via email/phone and in person meetings on action plan and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Takes initiative.
- Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Computer.
- French not required
- Weekend availability
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
