Royal LePage Village is searching for a bilingual, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator | Receptionist who is creative and has a positive attitude to join our Pointe-Claire office. This is an on-site full-time position. Our ideal candidate exudes professionalism, has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Greeting clients & real estate brokers
Responding to all incoming emails
Design and develop promotional materials for real estate properties, including new listings and open houses.
Maintain and update the company website with broker information, blog posts, testimonials, years of service, and awards.
Lead cause marketing initiatives and create promotional materials for company fundraising events supporting the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
Handle administrative tasks such as communicating office updates to brokers and organizing internal events.
Provide one-on-one social media training to brokers, helping them enhance their branding and online presence.
Create bi-weekly company-wide presentations and host Zoom meetings, coordinating with supervisors on ongoing events and initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and tools like Meta Business Suite and Google My Business.
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and automation.
Knowledge of email marketing, including campaign design and execution using MailChimp.
Skilled in graphic design software such as Canva and PicMonkey for creating marketing materials.
Familiar with Google Drive for file organization and collaboration.
Experienced in creating and managing presentations using PowerPoint.
Comfortable using Vimeo for video hosting and Zoom for virtual meetings.
