Located on the Oakville/Mississauga border, Pineberry Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of packaging equipment and complete lines serving a broad range of industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical. We are currently expanding the size and scope of our business in Canada, in the USA and internationally.   • Assist in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
  • Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
  • Supervising the production or implementation of sales materials \xe2\x80\x93 specifically product sheets and sales presentations.
  • Development of social media and media campaigns that increase the brand and profile of Pineberry.
  • Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media, promotions, and other marketing plans.
  • Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
  • Developing presentations, sales scripts, proposals and investor packages.
  • Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to company website.
  • Producing Pineberry newsletter and distributing it to email marketing list of company.
  • Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
  • Assist in the writing and distribution of internal communications.
  • Providing product positioning materials as well as training for customer service and sales.
  • Implementing project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
  • Supporting customers/distributors with collateral, sales training and best practices.
  • Attending tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events, plant tours.
  • Monitoring online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of a company.
  • Improving the sales pipeline process and evaluating lead qualify and quality opportunities.
  • Maintain the customer and CRM database ensuring information is up-to-date, accurate and complete
  • Creating reports utilizing the company CRM to improve lead generation plans, sales forecasting and identifying sales targets.
  • Working with customers and industry data to develop case studies, references, and testimonials.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing or organizational development.
  • Degree in sales administrative or marketing related field.
Technical Skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Front Page skills required.
  • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Microsoft CRM experience
  • Experience with Constant Contact (E-mail s/w)
