What you will do:

• Ability to coordinate and execute store level weekly Ad set up.
• Own and creatively execute on all corporate and store driven End Cap and Mainway initiatives.
• Work with the management team to increase foot traffic and drive topline sales by coordinating the planning, budget, and execution of: In-Store Vendor Events, Financing Events, KENT Installation Events

• Proactively look for new and creative external marketing opportunities.
• Increase our community presence by coordinating Engagement Events that highlight KENTs values and dedication to our community.
• Work with the management team on fostering store culture through the coordination of store contests and staff appreciation events.
• Perform administrative duties as required such as purchase orders, data entry, reporting, etc.
• Leverage knowledge of social media marketing tactics to create and manage the store level social media handles such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, creative and can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Post-secondary school diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field is an asset
• Self-motivated, driven and disciplined - \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
• Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
