Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a Marketing Coordinator at our Lloyd Mall location in Lloydminster. In this role, your main focus will be providing creative support to the team located at Lloyd Mall, while also providing some additional support to our team at ATB Place in Edmonton in executing on their tenant engagement program. As Marketing Coordinator, you will develop, implement and oversee the overall marketing/promotional programs and initiatives for the shopping centre and tenants, by understanding and translating leadership objectives into strategies and executing on these strategies. Key to this role is building strong working relationships with the shopping centre teams, tenants, community groups, customers, suppliers and media. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm daily. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are to design and craft creative content and promotional materials, liaising with print vendors and suppliers as it relates to job requirements and timelines, and negotiating media contracts. You will also be responsible for coordinating the set up and tear down of events, chairing quarterly merchant meetings on the marketing plan, and maintaining the shopping centre\'s website and social media sites. Travel to ATB Place in Edmonton will be required from time to time. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in marketing, communications, design or related field, as well as three years of relevant work experience. We are looking for someone who has strong computer skills (Word, Excel, webpage management, Adobe) and working knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). This role requires some work on evenings and weekends, as required for promotions and events at the shopping centre.
