Job Description

We are in search of an individual to join our team full time for 11-12 weeks starting mid-late May through mid-August. Event dates are August 11-13, 2023. Duties will include assisting with creating and implementing a marketing strategy for the Fair, create marketing materials with consistency across all platforms, creating a Social Media marketing program with direction, work on website as well as implement marketing to promote excellent animal welfare at the Fair and in local agriculture as well as community engagement. The successful applicant will be able to track and report on the results of all aspects of the marketing program. Must be able to work with a team in a fast paced, fun office environment. Must be very reliable and able to meet deadlines. There will be long hours required as necessary during peak event and event prep/clean up times. Should be detail orientated and creative. Should have a positive attitude and great problem solving skills. The majority of this position will involve digital media and data, therefore any experience with websites, Microsoft Office and email marketing are an asset. This is a Summer Jobs Program position, therefore candidates will be eligible according to the program definitions. Benefits:
