Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and digital strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Greenworks Commercial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about sustainability and outdoor power equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Marketing/Merchandising
Assist in development of POP, creative assets, merchandising and fixture requirements for new product launches, POG resets and new categories for dealer channel
Ensure all prospect and customer touchpoints are consistent and on-brand
Once in-run merchandising and POP are set up in dealer showrooms, manage product transition requirements such as fact tag update, onboarding POP and fixture replacement to ensure Greenworks Commercial has the best brand representation in showrooms by showcasing the latest innovation
Assist in workflow process with approved vendors on innovative merchandising solutions, fixtures, and POP design to ensure Greenworks Commercial delivers best-in-class merchandising solutions in the industry
Event & Trade Show Coordination
Assist in planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and dealer activations.
Manage event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and lead generation activities.
Track event ROI and provide post-event reports.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Dealer & Sales Support
Coordinate marketing materials and assets for dealers and sales teams.
Assist with co-branded marketing efforts and promotional programs.
Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets for internal and external use.
Coordinate and send out new product samples/demos

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing or another relevant field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical and curious to understand market, consumer and customer insights
Can translate business goals into action plans and develops contingency plan
Take the initiative to solve a challenge with solid analytical and problem-solving skills as well as optimizing resources to hit objectives
