Position Overview
We invite you to join a growing, dynamic, and always innovating team at INLIV as a Marketing and Digital Coordinator. This Calgary-based role will plan and deliver various marketing initiatives to support our internal teams while contributing to the overall business objectives. INLIV is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: digital and social marketing, CRM management, sales support, lead generation, and event management. Experience in the healthcare industry, as well as B2B marketing, is considered an asset.

  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently.
  • Able to produce compelling content that drives engagement for social media, blogs, and other long-form content
  • Ability to manage a variety of marketing initiatives with support from internal marketing team, freelance/consultants, Business Development team
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising or communications
  • 3+ years demonstrated work experience
  • Strong social media platform audience development and analysis skills, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube, Hootsuite, etc
  • Experience utilizing and analyzing reports from Facebook Business Manager is an asset
  • SEO experience an asset
  • Basic design skills, including Canva. Experience with Indesign an asset.



Key Elements of the Marketing Coordinator role:



Digital Marketing
  • Social media management, execution, and measurement
  • Consistent analysis and reporting of marketing campaign performance



Content Development

  • Prepare written content for newsletter articles, social media content, blog posts, web pages, and sales/marketing collateral



Brand Management and Sales Support
  • Maintain INLIV\xe2\x80\x99s existing brand guidelines
  • Create and maintain corporate templates, forms and best practices documents
  • Provide cross-functional support in review of documents for branding, style consistency and accuracy
  • Create the outline and messaging for marketing and sales presentations
  • Create and/or refine existing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Competitive analysis and review
  • Client Surveys



Event Planning and Execution
  • Organize and execute corporate events and conferences for a range of target audiences
  • Evaluate and present new event ideas including, but not limited to: sponsorship opportunities, event participation, digital opportunities, and advertising
  • Support show strategy and manage cost control
