Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with Marketing orders and processing for brand initiatives\xe2\x80\x94PR, Campaign Photoshoots, Film & Entertainment, Sponsorships, Goose People\xe2\x80\x94for China, Canada, US and Europe
  • Manage and maintain Order Inbox - keying orders, responding to email inquiries from the team within a 24hr period
  • Maintain tracking log of all global marketing orders, provide timely tracking information and communication updates to the global team, facilitate order priorities and deliveries\xe2\x80\x93 ensuring all orders arrive on time
  • Act as key point person between Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Logistics, and other key stakeholders
  • Liaise with the Commercial and Planning team to allocate and troubleshoot orders
  • Coordinate product packages and courier services for product (assemble gift bags, product for photo shoots, etc.)
  • Work with marketing teams to coordinate seasonal bulk orders and shipments (PR events, Film Festivals, Agency samples, sponsored initiatives)
  • Compile and share monthly/quarterly product wraps with key business partners for consistent analysis and budget tracking
  • Manage marketing closet/in-house inventory \xe2\x80\x93 create product listing, oversee sign-out sheet/tracking log and manage overall tidiness
  • Coordinate returns and exchanges by working with warranty to develop RAs - (RMAs) - Handle all back to stock and return orders for Marketing Team and ensure credits are applied to the correct account
  • Facilitate cash sales liaising with Finance to create pay links, process orders and ship in a timely manner
  • Support the team with new processes and programs to streamline global product orders, requests and efficiencies
Experience, Education and Designations:
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced marketing or office administrative related position
  • Diploma or Degree in business, marketing or office management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and analytical
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and contribute to a positive working environment and culture

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects
