As our Brand Partner & Influencer Marketing Coordinator it is your responsibility to help develop and execute the Influencer Marketing strategy to enhance Chatters\xe2\x80\x99 market share and build brand awareness nationally. You will support the internal marketing team with tailored market approaches and ensure we leverage all opportunities in various markets.
Your Role:
In the role of the Brand Partner & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will help develop and execute the national PR & Influencer Marketing strategy and initiatives. You will coordinate tailored PR & Influencer market approaches to make us stand out and be more relevant to local consumers. You are a strong storyteller and able to translate these stories to PR initiatives and influencer campaigns without losing the brand values and tone of voice of Chatters. You align internally with the important stakeholders and make sure all initiatives are in line with the national marketing strategy. You\xe2\x80\x99re a part of the PR & Influencer marketing team and report to the Brand Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid work and contract opportunity, and will be based out of our head office in Mississauga, Ontario. Key Position Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop strategies and innovative plans for PR & Influencer Marketing for different campaigns and markets
  • Own all day-to-day PR regarding Publications + Broadcast Opportunities in hand with agency of record
  • Own all day-to-day Influencer Marketing program in hand with agency of record (brief review/approvals, product requests, content approvals etc.)
  • Own all in-store national event series (conceptualization, planning & execution)
  • In-store support regarding events and/or media, influencer, broadcast appearances
  • Oversee and maintain in-store marketing pertaining to our Wilden screens, hold messaging and music in-store
  • Influencer Trip planning + coordination
  • Event support with all large-scale events (Press Events, The Junos, Masterclasses etc.)
  • Execute monthly mall marketing promotions and any mall marketing requests
  • Execute our annual internal Dare to Hair competition with our stylists
  • Execute our national #StyleHappy van tour
  • Oversee the completion of any marketing related recaps
  • Execution of any misc. Brand Partner commitments

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-4 years experience of PR and / or Influencer Marketing
  • Brand experience is a must
  • A diploma in PR, Communication, Media, Marketing or similar
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • Experience in all social media platforms & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
  • Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
  • Ability to offer qualitative and quantitative rationale for ROI
