Our Company is seeking a part-time (2 days/wk) Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that our projects and business plans move forward successfully. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative work with external vendors and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing activities on track. This role will also assist in the day to day operations for the Canada Marketing team and report directly to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you will:

• Support the NIVEA and Coppertone team in delivering on the business strategies
• Work closely with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks (including packaging creative, innovation sampling program, digital assets)
• Organize monthly meetings and marketing-related business activities
• Prepare correspondence to vendors/agencies in response to questions or to provide clarification on ongoing projects
• Prepare POs and other supplier account material

Do you possess\xe2\x80\xa6

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing environment focused on consumer products (experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus)
• Exceptional MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication ability
• Must be results oriented and be a team player, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive projects
• Must be able to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced environment including working with cross-functional teams

This position requires in-office presence.
