We're looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to own and execute our marketing ecosystem across social, email, campaigns, and brand storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution--you will help shape the plan and then make it real.
You'll be responsible for how our brand shows up online, how our listings are positioned, and how our content supports business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands premium branding, real estate, and modern content systems.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Execution
Collaborate with leadership to develop and evolve the overall marketing strategy
Translate business goals into clear content and campaign plans
Ensure all marketing aligns with our brand voice: elevated, warm, design-led, and confident
Identify opportunities to strengthen positioning in Toronto's East End luxury market
Social Media (Primary Ownership)
Own day-to-day management of all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube as applicable)
Plan and execute content calendars (listings, community, lifestyle, education, brand storytelling)
Direct and/or capture in-the-moment content (Reels, short-form video, B-roll, stills)
Write high-quality captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
Monitor performance and optimize based on engagement and reach
Campaigns & Marketing Execution
Execute campaigns, community events, and client initiatives
Manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead campaigns
Manage paid and organic campaign execution as needed
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across campaigns
Create graphic elements as needed.
Content Creation & Tools
Create graphics, social assets, and light video edits
Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to ideate, draft, refine, and scale content
Manage templates, brand assets, and content systems
Work comfortably across Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
Collaboration & Operations
Work closely with agents, leadership, photographers, videographers, and designers
Support content for listings, team branding, events, and community initiatives
Maintain organized workflows and consistent output
Stay ahead of trends in real estate marketing, social media, and content formats
Experience & Skill Set
3-6+ years in marketing, content, or social media
Proven experience running social media for a brand or business--not just posting, but driving engagement
Strong visual eye and appreciation for elevated branding and design, ability to generate graphics and marketing elements in Canva
Confident copywriter with strong storytelling instincts
Comfortable with AI tools, graphics platforms, and modern content workflows
Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary:
$70,000, paid bi-weekly
Health Benefits
: Available after a 6-month probationary period, under the RBC Health Plan
Vacation
: Two weeks of paid vacation, plus additional office closure over the Christmas holidays (Christmas Eve through the return of public schools). This period is primarily downtime, with minimal availability required for business needs

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours availability depending on seasonal needs
