We're looking for a
Marketing & Content Lead
who can help us tell our story, build our following, and make some serious noise as we take our flagship product to market.
What You'll Do
You'll be the voice, the vibe, and the visual storyteller.
From social media and email campaigns to influencer collabs and trade shows, you'll shape how the world sees us. Expect to strategize, create, test, and tinker -- all while building a cohesive brand presence that feels human, confident, and a little bit rebellious.
Your days might include:
Crafting and managing a
content calendar
across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
Creating or coordinating eye-catching visuals, short videos, and photography.
Writing blog posts, newsletters, and witty product updates that sound nothing like every other marketing email ever.
Managing
social media channels
, engaging followers, and spotting growth trends before they're old news.
Building influencer and affiliate partnerships (and keeping them running smoothly).
Updating and optimizing the website (WordPress/WooCommerce) for both users and search engines.
Running
email marketing
campaigns, automation flows, and performance tracking.
Helping design and support
trade show materials
-- from banners to swag to booth buzz.
Tracking performance metrics, analyzing what's working (and what isn't), and reporting insights to leadership.
Encouraging user-generated content and community participation -- because our customers are our best storytellers.
What You'll Bring
At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.
A knack for
storytelling through visuals and copy
.
Experience running
social campaigns and paid ads
across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Canva (bonus if you dabble in Adobe), Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
Comfort working independently -- and occasionally in chaos.
Optional but awesome: basic video editing, photography, or trade show experience.
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked in the
tools, outdoor, or lifestyle
industries.
Are a self-starter who can move from "idea" to "executed campaign".
Have attended or organized
trade shows or marketing events
.
Have dabbled in photography, videography, or design.
