The Marketing team drives and supports our Company by developing strategies and implementing them to expand and diversify our business. The Marketing team also develops plans and implements our brand tactics to drive the vision of how we "wow" our customers. This position will be the creative designer who is responsible for how we communicate our brand positioning, value proposition and product contents to our customers and the marketplace.Who we are: Hafele is a global market leader in providing hardware solutions and innovation to the furniture, kitchen cabinet, architectural millwork and hospitality industries. Come join the 'A' team!Duties & Responsibilities: Design, edit and publish visual elements such as videos, and images, for our website, and social media platforms Design sales publications like catalogues, brochures, product sheets, packaging, signage, and a wide range of graphic materials Assist in developing and designing communication campaigns to be implemented in multi-channel platforms Assist in project planning and working closely with internal and external teams to implement Marketing communication strategies Perform product and lifestyle photography Create, maintain, update, and organize content development for Digital Newsletter Maintain updates on product information system Addressing customer queries and responding to information requests Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by managementProfile: Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Solid art direction/graphic design skills for both digital and print media Mindset to understand the brand positioning and translate it to communication materials Project management skills Good editing and writing skills Attention to detail is a must Ability to work on multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously Time management and organization skills required Agile methodology experience is preferred Must be able to communicate effectively internally and externally Proficient experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects) Experience using MS applications, specifically Excel and PowerPointWhat's in it for you?
