As a Marketing Content Creator / Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our staff and executive team to capture and craft the compelling stories of our travel experiences to grow our following. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience through creative and strategic content.
This role offers ultimate flexibility and is designed as a part time opportunity to start, with the possibility of developing into a full time role in future for the right person. The below targets outline the amount of content that should be posted monthly and posts should be scheduled evenly throughout the month; When you perform this work and how long it takes you to create it is ultimately at your discretion however.
Content & Social Media
12 SEO blog posts / articles per month per brands (24 total)
32 Instagram/Facebook posts and reels per month (Including posts advertising blogs)
32 LinkedIn posts per month per brand (Including posts advertising blogs)
Public Relations
Manage HARO and Qwoted for PR opportunities
Circulate past PR campaigns and develop new ones
Client Engagement & Rewards
Deliver monthly Rewards newsletters
Events & Travel
Attend up to two company retreats per year (may be international; passport required)
Attend award ceremonies as needed
Attend internal team events as scheduled
Content Creation & Planning
Coordinate ad-hoc content days with owners
Capture new assets (photo, video, reels, interviews)
Maintain and organize the content library
Media Buying
Plan and manage Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
Coordinate placements with digital and traditional media outlets
