Summary





We're looking for a creative, strategic

Marketing & Communications Specialist

to help define and amplify our brand voice, strengthen our digital presence, and support business development efforts.



This is a stand-alone role for someone who thrives on autonomy and variety. You'll own our marketing and communications function end-to-end. From content creation and campaign execution to brand storytelling and sales enablement. If you're proactive, versatile, and excited to make a visible impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do




Create and manage blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content that reflects our brand voice Design clean, polished visuals, presentations, and client-facing materials Maintain brand consistency and strengthen visual identity across all channels Lead and grow our social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram Drive engagement and increase followers organically through relevant, timely content Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and key events to inform strategy Develop prospecting emails and nurture sequences to support qualified lead generation Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and sales enablement materials Execute ROI-driven marketing campaigns that support growth objectives Track performance metrics and share actionable insights in quarterly reviews Attend events and company socials for content creation



What We're Looking For




3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in B2B or professional services (insurance or financial services is a plus) Proven success creating and managing lead-generation campaigns that support sales outcomes Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design and brand consistency Solid grasp of digital strategy, content planning, and funnel metrics Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), and Microsoft Office Experience with Webflow for website updates and landing pages Familiar with SEO, web analytics, and performance tracking Skilled in Canva for visual content Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini to streamline workflows Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
