Main Purpose and Function The Marketing & Communications (M & C) Coordinator, works under the direction of the Senior Manager of Sales, and is responsible for developing, leading and supporting a variety of communications and marketing strategies for the Vancouver Civic Theatres (VCT) and it\xe2\x80\x99s venues: The Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Orpheum, Vancouver Playhouse and the Annex. Working directly with the VCT Programming Department, the position is responsible for creating and implementing marketing and sales campaigns for VCT Community Arts Programming and VCT presents shows; as well as fulfilling the Marketing Services offerings for rental clients. The position will also focus on increased brand awareness, and lead all VCT related communications efforts that align with the long range strategic plan for VCT. The position will liaise with media contacts, the arts community, VCT audiences, vendors and a variety of stakeholders.
