Position Summary
Amacon is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on a variety of programs. Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Communications Coordinator will be engaged in the development and execution of a wide variety of communications programs that support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of writing/communications experience to the role, impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and strong writing skills are highly important.
What You Will Do:
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
  • Schedules social media posts and monitors relevant news and content
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Work together with the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publication or campaigns
  • Create a brand persona through the brand\xe2\x80\x99s online channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Measure, record, and monitor SEO
  • Suggest and research new ways to attract or engage customers\xd9\xab including promotions\xd9\xab contests\xd9\xab or other methods
  • Writes and reviews press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other content
