THE OPPORTUNITY We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our growing in-house renovation and new homes team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work side-by-side with the Liptak family, other project managers, designers, estimators, and project consultants in an environment that fosters collaboration and creativity. We\xe2\x80\x99re all problem solvers helping our clients transform their homes into functional yet beautiful living spaces. You will have the ability to steer your career with unlimited, performance-based growth. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING

• Developing effective corporate communication strategies
• Collaborating with marketing consultant to produce copy for advertisements, articles and websites
• Creation of pictures, videos & documents and managing all work in an organized fashion in our Company software
• Keeping all social media and websites current while adhering to best practices
• Ensure and maintain highest industry ratings online

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficient in Adobe, photo and video-editing software, WordPress, Excel, Word & Outlook
• Have a solid understanding of Google AdWords & Analytics, Houzz, Facebook and social media ranking best practices
• Excellent photography and photo editing skills with the ability to create stunning ads
• Have a clear vocation of the English language and expert command in writing
• Have proven experience as a communications coordinator
• Have experience in web design with WordPress and content production
• Have a proven track record of successful social media engagement and interaction
• Someone who revels in a fast paced, dynamic environment and has thirst to always be learning
• A team player who\'s always asking, "what can I do to help?"
