, you'll execute and monitor Hi-Point's day-to-day marketing operations: social posting, content coordination, light copywriting, lead intake, and engagement monitoring. You'll be working closely with our Marketing Director and external partners to keep our brand consistent, visible, and effective.
You'll help turn our content -- videos, photos, stories, and client highlights -- into posts that engage our growing community and generate real business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage daily posting cadence on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write captions and hashtags aligned with brand voice and current campaigns.
Upload, tag, and schedule creative content using Meta Business Suite.
Respond to comments and DMs, escalating sales inquiries for follow-up.
Track performance metrics and engagement insights weekly.
2. Content Coordination
Liaise with the sales team and videographers for on-site photo/video shoots.
Maintain organized content libraries (Google Drive, Asana).
Select visuals for posting, ensuring quality and consistency.
Draft short blog or newsletter copy for website and email engagement.
3. Lead Handling & CRM Input
Monitor and respond to inbound leads across Messenger, Marketplace, and LinkedIn.
Enter verified contact info into our CRM and tag sources accurately.
Coordinate with sales reps for lead assignment and follow-up.
4. Website & Blog Updates
Upload pre-approved blog posts with SEO formatting (headings, alt text, etc.).
Keep promotional banners, contact forms, and CTAs up to date.
Flag any technical or routing issues to the Marketing Director.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Compile weekly snapshots of social and lead performance.
Maintain a content performance tracker in Google Sheets or Notion.
Support coordination between Hi-Point and external ad partners (e.g. Viacore).
6. Creative & Administrative Support
Use templates in Canva or Photoshop to produce story posts, flyers, and truck features.
Ensure all creative follows brand fonts, colors, and tone.
Assist with photo requests from sales or procurement when needed.
What You Bring
1-3 years' experience in marketing coordination, communications, or social media.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn posting, Canva (or Adobe Suite).
Understanding of CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Asana (training available).
Clear written communication and creative eye for visuals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive, logistics, or B2B industries.
Comfort with light SEO, analytics dashboards, or marketing automations.
Punjabi fluency (preferred but not required).
