The marketing and communication Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager. This person will be responsible for defining, implementing marketing and communication objectives and priorities (internal and external) and will supervise the communication coordinator. Strategic planning.
- Define marketing and communication objectives and priorities for the department
- Plan, design and execute marketing and communications strategies
- Ensure brand compliance and brand development internally and externally
- Support the development of our employer brand
- Ensure the execution and quality of projects as well as the respect of budgets and deadlines with the various stakeholders
- Manage and implement communications, events and internal initiatives, but especially the strategy of the company in order to promote organizational and strategic alignment, performance and commitment of our employees
- Diagnose the performance of communications and implement a continuous improvement process based on performance indicators
- Conduct a competitive intelligence
- Present actions to the partners during the management committees
- Supervise and support the communications coordinator in his development
- Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with journalists and sector committee members
- Between three to five years of experience in marketing, communication.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent diploma in marketing, communication or any other relevant field.
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English). Most of our clients Vous \xc3\xaates bilingue (Fran\xc3\xa7ais, anglais). Most of our clients and specialized newspapers we are collaborating are English-speaking / written.
- Ideally, you know our industry having previously worked in an animation, VFX or video game company. Otherwise, you are curious and eager to learn more.
