We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator (MCC) based out of Toronto or Calgary who values the professional satisfaction of delivering thoughtful, compassionate care to the highest standards. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the MCC supports in all areas, with a particular focus on writing for the health library on our website, health education materials, client testimonials, and overseeing Harrison's social media channels.

As a member of the marketing team, the MCC acts as a brand guardian, ensuring that the logo, colours and fonts outlined in our guidelines are followed. They help implement the brand voice across all communication channels and champion our brand values and unique selling proposition both internally and externally. The MCC ensures communication is clear, crisp, professional, and polished.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role; healthcare experience is an asset. Proven creative copywriting experience for blogs, social media, and marketing materials, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience managing social media channels and communities, including maintaining brand voice in comments and direct messages. Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), WordPress, generative AI tools, and Microsoft Office. Video editing skills are an asset. Job Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the marketing team to write content for the company blog, marketing emails, case studies, and promotional materials leveraging internal and external resources. Manage social media communications, ensuring consistent content strategies across channels, building community engagement, and interacting with clients, staff, and prospects online. Support content marketing strategy and website SEO by targeting keywords, updating the WordPress backend, and analyzing search trends to maintain relevance and visibility with our target audience. Assist in growing the webinar program by creating landing pages, social media content, and event promotions. Create educational health content by interviewing, writing, and editing with internal experts and clients. Edit videos for social media, including cutting sound bites for online sharing and digital advertising.
