Job Overview





We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Marketing Campaigns Specialist

to join our team. This role will play a key part in executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing paid programs, and creating content that drives engagement across channels. You will support initiatives across health-tech, fintech, and cybersecurity verticals.



The ideal candidate will bring experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics. You'll be part of an internal, agency-style marketing team that supports multiple brands and business units, requiring adaptability, creativity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities




Campaign Execution




Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and digital advertising. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets to ensure campaigns launch on schedule. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization.

Paid Marketing Programs




Help manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry outlets). Partner with external vendors and agencies where needed to ensure campaign effectiveness. Track performance metrics and report on ROI.

Content Creation & Marketing Operations




Develop and repurpose content across channels including social media, blogs, email, landing pages, and ads. Ensure content is tailored for channel best practices, optimized for engagement, and aligned with campaign strategy. Collaborate with design and product marketing to build sales and marketing collateral such as one-pagers, decks, and case studies. Ensure campaign data and engagement metrics are tracked accurately in the CRM/marketing automation platform. Provide insights from campaign and content performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness.



Qualifications




2-3 years of experience

in marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or content creation. Completion of a Marketing Degree or Diploma preferred Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar). Hands-on experience with paid digital platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar). Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt content for multiple channels (social, blog, email, ads). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple campaigns at once.
