As a Marketing Campaigns Manager - Demand Generation (new customer acquisition), you'll partner closely with our Industry Marketing Lead to support the vertical strategy and execute high-performing demand generation campaigns targeting the SaaS vertical for our Sage Intacct product in Canada. Key Responsibilities . Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, webcasts, co-marketing, and digital marketing tactics, including content development, preparing digital advertising, and editing web content to boost conversion.
  • Support and align with the industry marketing strategy, gather insights and build messaging for highly targeted nurture programs to accelerate the prospects across the buyer journey.
  • Design, build and test campaign deliverables such as email copy, landing pages, calls to action, email layouts, etc. Define and design A/B testing scenarios across tactics and funnel stages.
  • Organize, maintain, and communicate a campaigns calendar reflecting all tactics to be used and the forecasted lead volume from each.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns using data from our MarTech applications. Identify trends and gain insights to be used to develop best practices
  • Manage the annual program's budget, track against the plan, perform detailed ROI analysis, and make recommendations.
  • Utilize the most innovative MarTech (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qlik, 6Sense, Sendoso, etc.) and collaborate with marketing operations, marketing automation, and content marketing to handle all program elements.
  • Collaborate with the web team to ensure marketing programs and assets are refreshed regularly and accurately reflected on our website.
Minimum qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing campaigns within a Cloud/SaaS product technology company.
  • You've supported marketing for a B2B SaaS/Software product.
  • You understand vertical marketing fundamentals across integrated new customer acquisition campaigns (NCA) and have strong business acumen.
  • You can provide examples of your successful ownership of end-to-end campaign planning from execution to measurable results - what tactics and assets were used and what campaigns performed the best.
  • Owning B2B demand generation performance metrics is not new to you and you are confident in owning measures around MQL (marketing qualified lead) to SQO (sales qualified opportunity).
  • You utilize your project management skills to plan and execute multiple marketing projects at the same time and can be trusted to deliver with minimal oversight - no micro-managing here!
  • You believe in using analytics to decide what's working and what's not - your best work has been the result of being trusted that you know your audience and did your research.
  • You can easily navigate and utilize Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, or similar marketing automation, reporting, and measurement tools.
  • You are known for partnering and building productive relationships across the marketing and sales team. You understand and value this collaboration to achieve goals.
  • You are familiar with account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and concepts (preferred not required)
