Regional Product Manager Sage Intacct

Toronto, ON - Richmond, ON, Canada

Job Description

Do you have working knowledge or expertise with financial/accounting software, specifically for the mid-market space? Are you energized by putting yourself in customers\' shoes, understanding their unique needs, and being their advocate? In this role, every day you will get to be their champion and hero - the voice of customers for the Canadian and Australian regions. This is your chance to blend your existing knowledge while learning a new international market (Australia) and growing your global product management experience.

Let\'s get to the point, what\'s in it for you?
In addition to a comprehensive compensation package ($XXXK base + 20% annual bonus + benefits), you\'ll get to put your skills to the test at a stable, financially robust, global software company. As we continue to expand internationally, you\'ll influence international strategy, making impactful contributions while on the road to career growth opportunities. Job Purpose:
As the SME for mid-sized businesses in Canada and Australia (80/20 split), you\'ll be a key contributor to the expansion of our most strategic and successful product, Sage Intacct. How? By partnering with our Core Product Management team to provide actionable insights into mid-market customer needs, compliance requirements, competitive landscape and shaping a Sage Intacct product that truly solves the Canadian and Australian market needs.

The Priority Challenges?
1) Refine Sage Intacct (dual language, regional tax compliance, etc.) to the market needs with the goal of expanding our Canadian and Australian customer base. 2) Support GTM teams to increase brand awareness and gain a competitive advantage in those regions.

Your natural curiosity will propel you to ask insightful questions and truly listen to understand. Learning our existing processes, and key pain points in the regions and riding along with product launches and partner meetups.
