We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute a variety of marketing campaigns that drive growth, create leads, fill our sales funnel, and create brand awareness. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with experience guiding a company from $5M to $25M ARR.
Duties
Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
Search (Paid & Organic) - Oversee PPC and SEO strategies to drive lead generation.
Content & Social Media Marketing - Create and distribute engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement.
Public Relations - Manage relationships with trade publications and general media for positive brand coverage.
Automated LinkedIn Campaigns - Implement and optimize outreach strategies on LinkedIn.
Cold Email Outreach - Design and execute targeted cold email campaigns.
Tradeshows & Conferences - Plan, execute, and measure the impact of trade shows and industry events.
Other Growth Initiatives - Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in scaling a company from $5M to $25M ARR.
Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
Experience with trade shows, PR campaigns, and automated outreach strategies.
Ability to create compelling marketing content, oversee design execution, and manage brand messaging.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and dashboard reporting to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
