Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our client's marketing team in Toronto, ON. In this role you will be responsible for driving demand across the Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail verticals in the US and Canada through the execution and optimization of promotional and CRM campaigns. This role combines hands-on campaign management with data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Implement promotional offers and CRM communications to support demand growth.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including content creation and CRM calendar management.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.
Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare performance reports and share recommendations with stakeholders.
Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate new strategies.
Capture learnings and apply them to optimize future campaigns.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing operations or a general operations role.
Strong analytical skills and technical adaptability.
CRM experience is a plus; must have strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Proven track record of executing complex tasks with accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong bias toward action and ability to simplify complex processes.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and driving alignment across teams.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
