Our client is a leading retail franchise with a strong presence in the industry. As a key player in the retail sector, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring efficient supply chain logistics. To support their commitment to customer satisfaction, they are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Location: North York

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in French and English

Shifts: Primarily 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM with flexibility to work other shifts if required

Rotating Saturdays: Required every three weeks with a day off on Thursday or Friday before the scheduled Saturday shift.

Remote Working Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: Mandatory in-office days

Thursday and Friday: Work from home (remote)

Saturday: Work from home (remote)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and effective supply chain logistics for our retail stores. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responding to incoming calls and emails from both customers and stores

Providing first-level customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently

Assisting customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns

Collaborating with the supply chain and retail teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a retail or call center environment

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work different shifts as required, with a primary commitment to the 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM shift

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer service

A commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
