Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively reach our target audience across various digital platforms.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Manage e-commerce initiatives, ensuring optimal product visibility and sales performance. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Optimize website content for SEO to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic. Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design engaging marketing materials and visuals. Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and social media. Analyze data using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly. Develop budgets for marketing initiatives, tracking expenditures against planned budgets.

Experience



Proven experience in a Marketing role with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is highly desirable. Proficient in SEO practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools. Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes is preferred. Knowledge of HTML is a plus for website management tasks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
