Position Overview

We are seeking a

Marketing & Business Partnership Manager

who can help us expand our presence in the local English-speaking market and develop partnerships with corporate and institutional clients such as banks, real estate companies, chambers of commerce, and cultural organizations.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop B2B collaboration and sponsorship opportunities Build and maintain long-term partnerships for cultural events, galas, and brand collaborations Support marketing strategy and English-language communications (press, proposals, campaigns) Work with the creative and event teams to tailor partnership proposals for clients Represent the brand at local business, community, and networking events

Requirements

Fluent in English; Mandarin or cultural familiarity is a plus Experience or network in marketing, partnerships, sponsorship, or community relations Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Passion for Chinese culture, arts, and cross-cultural storytelling Appreciation for traditional arts such as tea, calligraphy, painting, guqin, or Go is a bonus Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable engaging with corporate clients

Pay: $41,600.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
