Guest Plumbing & HVAC is expanding across Toronto, Hamilton, and the GTA. We are looking for someone who can help shape our marketing, elevate our brand, and represent us proudly in the community.

Role Overview

The

Marketing Coordinator & Business Development Coordinator

will help lead brand development, social media, community involvement, and relationship building. You will attend networking events, host internal culture events, coordinate charitable initiatives, and support new ideas that help move the brand forward. This is a creative, people-focused role with a ton of room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

Create and manage social media content Capture photos & videos for behind-the-scenes storytelling Pitch new ideas to elevate the Guest brand Assist with campaigns, promotions, and website updates Support branded merchandise and promotional projects

Business Development

Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and builders' association events Represent the company professionally and confidently Build relationships with local businesses, builders, and partners Identify partnership opportunities and assist in follow-up communication

Community & Internal Culture

Plan team-building and staff appreciation events Organize community outreach and charitable initiatives Coordinate company involvement in local events Help foster a positive, connected team atmosphere

Support & Collaboration

Work directly with Dan Guest on strategy, ideas, and campaigns Collaborate with team members providing marketing support Manage project calendars, timelines, and follow-ups

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with an eye for branding and storytelling Confident in social settings and public-facing scenarios Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) Ability to work independently and take initiative Event planning experience is a strong asset Valid driver's license required
