We're excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity to join our passionate team as we are hiring a full-time Marketing and Branding Coordinator for both Go-Go and East Coast Leadership Academy.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year dependent on prior work experience including health & dental medical benefits, and starting with two weeks paid vacation.
This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position at 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work flexible hours on weekends and evenings periodically throughout the year.
The person we are looking for:
You are a dynamic individual who possesses outstanding communication skills, a natural flair for marketing and public relations leadership with the ability to collaborate within our team. Your responsibility is to ensure that all elements, including social media account management, marketing materials, family engagement, program look and feel, etc. align with our business objectives and uphold the Go-Go brand.
As our Marketing and Brand Coordinator, you will aid with upholding the brand of our private school, East Coast Leadership Academy (ECLA). Tasks include, but not limited to, innovative marketing campaigns, look and feel inspections, brand checks, creative and innovative ways to display children's work, budget management, addressing marketing inquiries, and event setup and takedown.

Strong sense of responsibility: Ability to correct mistakes ASAP, ability to cooperate on tasks as needed, able to take direction, have a keen sense of follow-up and follow through.
Multitasking: Capacity to track several requests at one time, ability to pick up where you left off when pulled away from routine responsibilities, ability to deliver messages, emails, forms, and information to the right people and keep team informed.
Charismatic, likable personality while representing Go-Go to community stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills - capacity to work alone and as a team.
Creative thinking, working around obstacles for large bookings, proposing solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be local in the Fredericton area.
Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant New Brunswick legislation and regulations.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-level corporation events coordination/planning, marketing, fundraising, and public relations roles with a proven record in a similar position.
Possess a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, and related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance.
