Summary - Marketing Automation Manager As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing Insurance Supermarkets marketing automation platform (MAP) to execute effective digital campaigns. You will work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales team, and creative team, to develop and implement targeted campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads. You will use your knowledge of marketing automation best practices to optimize the performance of our MAP and ensure that our campaigns are executed with precision. Core Competencies

Job Duties
  • Assist in the creation of contact nurturing programs for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Manage customer journey drip campaigns and automation that drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to address campaign responses through collaboration with relevant stakeholders in Sales and collaborate with the development team to optimize the automation processes.
  • Test, monitor, and analyze lead behaviour to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns leads into customers.
  • Monitor marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to optimize campaign performance through email content and other digital channels.
  • Check on and maintain the high quality of outbound assets from MA campaigns by ensuring that accuracy and display standards meet the expected publishing criteria.
  • Build and maintain reports on campaign performance data on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain data hygiene in the contacts database and ensure that high deliverability standards are met and/or exceeded.
  • Other duties as and when necessary, in collaboration with team members and various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years? relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in semi-technical and analytics focused roles.
  • History of demonstrated collaboration with multi-disciplinary marketing teams; experience working with writers, designers, advertising managers, and with analytics experts.
  • Contemporary email and SMS nurture experience with email marketing platforms (ex: Hubspot, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc?).
  • Experience working with data, preferably in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and with data and analytics tools for reporting (ex: Google Analytics Suite, Adobe, Domo).
  • Solid understanding of A/B, MV testing approaches.
  • Fluent in the English language (C2 or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a major asset.
