Marketing Associate

Duties

:

Plan and execute in-clinic and community events

(open houses, educational demos, product launches), managing logistics, vendors, budgets, guest lists, event follow-up calls, and day-of coordination.

Develop event marketing materials

such as invitations, email blasts, landing pages, and partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and brand reps to drive attendance and engagement.

Support digital marketing activities

by assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, community engagement, copywriting, and helping with Meta/Google Ads tasks.

Track and report performance

across events and digital campaigns, maintain organized marketing assets, and collaborate with the clinic team to support ongoing brand and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

Education in

Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Production

, or a related field Or: Currently enrolled in a marketing/media program and seeking a

co-op/internship-style opportunity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with attendees, clients, and the internal team. Ability to handle logistics, on-site coordination, and day-of problem-solving. Experience creating engaging content and supporting digital marketing efforts Experience with Google Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms is a bonus
