We're a fast-growing startup building out a new project in the telehealth field and we're looking for a Marketing Associate who's eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to grow into a key member of our marketing team.

About the Role
As a Marketing Associate, you'll be involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and learn the fundamentals of performance marketing, from paid ads and creative testing to campaign reporting. You'll work on real projects from day one, gaining exposure to the tools, strategies, and systems that drive growth.
Prior marketing experience is not required, we're looking for someone who is driven, detailed-oriented, and motivated to learn quickly.
What You'll Do
Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Support the creation of ad copy, creative briefs, and campaign variations
Conduct competitor and audience research to help shape strategy
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)
Collaborate with designers and content creators
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
