The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional who will take leadership and execute branding initiatives. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for all digital advertising, social media, print advertising, brand ambassador, and sponsorship activities with the ability to co-ordinate with front-end sales, operations, product, and e-commerce team members to ensure maximum operating efficiency. We are looking for a professional who displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to continuously take leadership in developing innovative and efficient ways to engage our customer base. Exceptional teamwork, time management, organizational and planning skills are a must. The Marketing Associate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and able to deliver high-quality work quickly. Responsibilities include general marketing and sales tasks, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple departments, including sales, business development, product, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, posting regular updates and engaging content.
Making website updates to improve customer and sales experience
Work with influencers, magazines, and other media partners to enhance brand visibility.
Create and execute mass mailing campaigns to potential customers and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and content strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to help the company stay relevant and engaging.
Develop and implement a comprehensive photo and video content strategy, including creating a structured plan for content production, distribution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
Assist in brand ambassador and sponsorship initiatives.
Support cross-department collaboration to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
Be comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, small to medium-sized industry, preferably with exposure to manufacturing.
Some experience in Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (posting required).
Hands-on experience working with influencers and media outlets like magazines.
Creative content development experience, able to translate ideas into engaging social media and digital content.
Self-driven, with the ability to learn and grow within the automotive and powersports industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with in-person work and collaboration.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel to the USA (optional).
Additional Information:
This is an in-office position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
