Job Overview:



The Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving brand visibility and engagement through advertising, event marketing, and corporate marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns, including both ad management across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and creative design to support high-performing ad content.

In addition, the role supports event marketing efforts ensuring successful brand representation and lead generation. The Marketing Associate will also conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights that guide marketing strategies. A critical part of the role is working closely with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling content for ads, events, and other corporate marketing activities.

Primary Responsibilities:



Advertising & Campaign Management



Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels, including both paid (social media, search engines, industry media) and organic (website, social media, and other owned platforms).

Manage the setup and execution of ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, brand standards, and industry regulations.

Design and create engaging advertising content (visuals, copy, graphics) that reflects brand voice and values, tailored to support campaigns and drive engagement and conversion.

Maintain and update organic advertising placements (e.g., website content, industry listings) to maximize visibility and effectiveness.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance; provide regular reports and insights to improve ROI and engagement.

Event Marketing



Support event marketing initiatives, including pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.

Create promotional materials for events, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.

Market Research & Content Development



Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitors, and uncover opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex information into accurate, accessible, and compelling marketing content.

Corporate Marketing Initiatives



Contribute to broader corporate marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep strategies competitive and effective.

Core Competencies:



Excellent communication skills. Proficient copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of video editing tools. Experience and knowledge in social media management. Strong expertise in ad management platforms such as LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc. Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop). Familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset. Strong problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects. Interest or background in nutraceuticals/health and wellness is an asset.
